They say health is wealth—and I’m truly starting to understand what that means. This year, I set a weight loss goal for myself, and I’m proud (and grateful) to say I reached it! 🙌🏾 But I also know that health isn’t just about the number on the scale. It’s about strength, balance, energy, and feeling good in my body.
That’s why I’m stepping into the next chapter of my journey: Pilates.
